Roof Structures

The requirements for the building envelope, and explicitly for the roof structure, are increasing continuously. Topics such as heat and noise insulation are becoming more and more important. Not least due to the legal requirements after the tightening of EnEV (German Energy Saving Regulation) 2016. In addition to the requirements of building physics, economy, sustainability and, naturally, the easy, fast and safe assembly of a roof structure all play an important role. 

BEMO-SOFT

Using the “soft” roof structure BEMO-SOFT, a very low OHTC of <0.15 W/m²K can be achieved with a low panel thickness. Due to the fast and easy assembly of the holder directly on the load-bearing layer, a very economical configuration can be achieved with a low use of materials and assembly time. Additionally increased fire-protection requirements can be complied with by installing “non-flammable” A1 insulation. 

BEMO-COMBI

BEMO-COMBI is the flexible and economical structure when faced with increased requirements regarding noise and heat insulation in the summer months. The basis for noise protection is laid by the first layer of rigid insulation. The innovative and economical COMBI rail, with the pre-mounted, heat bridge-free BEMO PUR thermal holder, is in the second part of the “hybrid roof”. This soft insulation, installed with a compression rate of approx. 20 %, completes the installation below the metal covering. 

BEMO-COMPACT

The very compact BEMO-COMPACT roof structure satisfies the most stringent requirements for noise insulation as well as heat insulation in summer and winter. Since the non-flammable, rigid insulation is laid in two layers, a height of up to 360 mm is possible. 

BEMO-PROMAX

Properties of the BEMO-PROMAX roof structure: Highest level of noise insulation, perfect heat insulation in summer and winter and excellent protection in case of fire. Acoustic insulation values of up to 49 dB and more can be achieved easily. The fast and easy installation of non-flammable, rigid insulation as well as mounting of the easy-to-install PROMAX rail supplement the structure.
