BEMO bespoke panels are the ideal cladding for rainscreen façades. Metal façade panels are economical, durable and aesthetic. They can be manufactured with very individual profiles to suit customer requirements. Depending on the requirements and application, the fastening is concealed on the façade, visible or free sliding for hanging. Various installation orientations are possible: horizontal, vertical and diagonal.
The BEMO special trapezoids and corrugated profiles in free form all have one thing in common: they are made of metal. On this basis, there is almost unlimited freedom of design in terms of materials, colours and grid widths. As a shade-providing, functional building envelope, metal façade panels with special profiles can also be supplied in a perforated design.

A PRIMO steel clip façade is the economically optimal façade solution for your company building. Fixing panels cannot be easier: The panel installation is highly efficient with the clip façade from BEMO. Grid dimensions can be freely designed between 200 mm and 800 mm – even multiple grid dimensions on the same project. The PRIMO substructure can be mounted on any substrate or substructure. These can be concrete, timber, cassettes or mixed substrates.

An innovative fixed-point technology allows panels to be removed and replaced even after installation. An important plus for buildings where damage can easily occur. The linear expansion takes place without constraint, permanently and completely stress-free. This ensures a high-quality façade appearance.
Final assembly of the panels uses the clip method which is fast and economical. Corner and reveal formations complete the high-quality overall appearance of the PRIMO clip façade. Panel widths and lengths can be freely selected. PRIMO rails vary in depth. This allows connections to façade penetrations to be made precisely and the panels to be fixed quickly.
Compensate for tolerances – avoid thermal bridges
The substructure is the link between the load-bearing wall and the façade cladding. It is anchored in the exterior wall and therefore transfers the weight of the façade cladding to the structure of the building. BEMO offers innovative substructure systems for rainscreen façades that compensate for tolerances and are free of thermal bridges.
